THOMAS M. LANCASTER
Principal Architect
With a career spanning over 30 years, Tom Lancaster has become one of Texas’s most respected voices in faith-based architecture. Since founding the firm in 1996, he has personally led the design of over 80 worship facilities, earning a reputation for balancing spiritual vision with technical precision. Tom believes that every building should tell a story, and he works closely with ministry leaders to ensure their facility serves their mission for generations to come.
TODD WYATT
Todd Wyatt brings an exacting eye for detail and a passion for functional excellence to every Lancaster + Wyatt project. Since joining the firm in 2005 and becoming a partner in 2019, Todd has spearheaded the firm’s expansion into diverse commercial sectors, schools, and complex tenant build-outs. His approach is defined by a commitment to the client’s bottom line and a belief that great architecture should be as practical as it is inspiring.
