With a career spanning over 45 years, Tom Lancaster has been recognized as one of Texas’s most respected voices in faith-based architecture. After founding the firm in 1996, he led the design of more than 80 worship facilities, establishing a reputation for aligning spiritual vision with architectural excellence.
His leadership and commitment to ministry-focused design built the foundation that continues to shape the firm today. Tom’s influence remains an integral part of the firm’s legacy and ongoing work.

Todd Wyatt brings a disciplined approach to design, combining technical precision with a strong commitment to client vision and project execution. Since joining the firm in 2005 and becoming a partner in 2019, Todd has played a key role in expanding the firm's reach across commercial, educational, and ministry-focused projects.
Now leading Wyatt + Associates, L.L.C., Todd continues to build on the firm's foundation while guiding clients through every stage, from early vision and planning to construction and completion. His focus remains on delivering projects that are both highly functional and deeply aligned with each client's purpose.
